The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for several counties in southern Minnesota. It will go into effect at 6 p.m. and run through 9 a.m. Friday. Total snow accumulations between one and five inches are expected across southern Minnesota, with the highest amounts near I-90.
