The suspect in the shooting at the Avantara Nursing Home in Milbank Wednesday has been identified .Carrie Ann Collins has been charged with Attempted 1st Degree Murder and Aggravated Assault for knowingly causing bodily injury to another with a dangerous weapon. Bond was set at $250,000.00 cash only, with the added conditions of no contact with the victim or the nursing home.
The victim of the shooting suffered minor injuries.
